Hey guys, I am a beginner weightlifter with basic experience in need of some help and advice. I am overweight and am looking for a full body workout to lose weight, slim and tone down. I have no routine but knowledge of different exercises. Does anyone have any full body routines that they would recommend, or links to any?
My Equipment: Apex Olympic Cage, E-Z curl Bar, Apex Roman Chair, basic Chin and Dip machine, and a treadmill.
