1/2 cup of thawed out frozen raspberries mixed w/ 2 tbs of cool whip free... (it's under 100 calories and very sweet - and very good on a frozen waffle too)
Jello - the sugar free variety, that you could mix in some fresh, frozen or canned fruit when you make it.. (I like 2 packages of sugar free raspberry jello made 2 cups of boiling water... mix well - then add in i package of frozen raspberries (still frozen) and 1 cup of cold water... and stickin fridge...
