I went from 235lbs to 130lbs in almost 3 years...I must admit there was plenty of dedication behind this huge achievement. I controlled my daily calorie intake and exercised (situps & jumping jacks) for 15-20 minutes max every night before going to bed. I definitely believe ANYONE can do it!
Key is consistency of course! :]
Feel free to msg me w/ any questions :]

congrats! I remember seeing you on DA ^_^. I was wondering...how are you fairing with (if any) saggy skin? Do you feel it's tightened up over time ?

lol? how is this spam...

lol typically when we get a new person on the forum that says "email me if you have questions" thats typical of spamming. If you have tips and suggestions to share, we encourage them to be posted publicly so everyone can "benefit".

Was that really all you did for exercise - situps and jumping jacks?

Wouldn't be surprised. The exercise doesn't cause the fat loss. It's the imbalance of energy in vs. out.

She could've stood on her head while singing jingle bells and lost weight assuming said imbalance existed.

That's why I don't like people looking for a *special* selection of exercises.

To the OP, huge congrats on your success. You look great.

absolutely amazing..congrats. And I apologize for whoever was immediately rude to you by dubbing this spam. Sometimes people on this site jump to rude conclusions before they even take the chance to figure it out.

But congrats and definitely post any benefits here for everyone :)

Thanks everyone for the great comments!! It was without a doubtttt a mission, but it all happened because I simply starting eating much less (of course) and replacing breakfast and dinner with low-calorie water shakes(200-300 cal?) or sometimes I would just throw a bunch of fruits & veggies in the blender + ice cream and call it a meal...
btw, not spamming, not here trying to sell anything to anyone, I am just being truthful and explaining how I was able to do it (my personal experience)

Yeah it probably helped some that you did it at a nice steady pace, I've seen a lot of people drop 100 in a year or less and have quite a bit of skin hanging around still. Again, great work.
