Whats up everyone, New here and thought I would start a diary.
Im 23, 6'3", I weighed 280 in January of 08 and now Im down to 250. Ive been doin at least 45 min of cardio 5 times a week, switch it from random and plateau on different days and I lift weights 5 times a week as well Im doing 3 sets of 20 for three weeks then 3 sets of 15 for three weeks then sets of 12 then 8 maybe do sets of 3, havent decided yet. I have completely changed my diet and I pay attention to what I eat and how much I eat. I played football in high school and college and now, I dont need to be fat anymore. My goal weight is 225, I think with my muscle build thats about as light as I can practically be. So far, I dont trust these calculations of BMI and such because I have alot of muscle, so if anyone knows a better way to figure it let me know. If anyone has any reccomendations let me know, Ive been sitting on my first plateau for about two weeks so feel free to chime in.
