Yeah I've been told I don't look my weight, which is a good thing..I think it may be because I have small arms and my legs and pretty toned, but my stomach is disasterous. I guess it's also me being hard on myself. My friends always tell me I have great legs, however, I am too scared to wear a skirt or something along the lines of that because of my stomach. What eats me up is the fact that you're right (not the fact that you're right, but what you're saying

) - I know I can't magically lose my stomach fat. I would love to lose that fat though.
The 9 lbs took about 4 months and as far as food is concerned I havent started counting cals. However, I know I am eating healthier. No fast-food and less junk food lol.
Also, I exercise everyday for about an hour. I use workout DVDs that combine yoga, pilates, interval training, circuit training, and some weight training..a little bit of everything
