in between-145lb so far

hello everyone :cool:
i am 25 years old, from israel,5'7
and 4 months ago i decide to start lossing weight,after been fat allmost all my life, and after i reach my heavyst weight of 301lb
any way.. its been 4 months from then and now i am 213, 88lb down
so i guess i am in between so far..
my goal is 158 which supposed to be the normal weight for me (consider i am 5'7)
i dont have much photos from before so i upload an old picture which i do have. i guess i am about 270-280lb in this picture. (5-6 years ago)

i am now 8 months after i start lossing weight,
145lb down..
my weight is 155.6 lb i still want to lose more.. maybe 10-15lb

That's astonishing! What was your diet/exercise regimen like?

i started in november last year so..yes. 88lb in about 4 months.
i think its have to do with the fact that i was realy realy fat,so when you have very much weight to lose,and you change your diet and eat 3000-4000 calories less than what you use too.. the first 40-50lb goes realy fast.
allso after the first 50lb i started to work out.
i do some pushups/sit ups and weight liffting 4-5 times a week,10-20m every time. not streesing my self to much.. jest for fun:sifone:
 
That's amazing! I've only lost 27 pounds in the same time frame & I've been busting butt too (I know I am eating seriously less calories as well). I feel like a slacker. LOL

Keep up the effort, you'll be posting those "after" pics in no time!!!!

you dont need to feel frustrated,and compering yourself to any one else,specially not to me.
we all do things in a different wayes, and every one of us has a different journey to go.
maybe i shold have clarify it in the beginning of the thred:
- i am n-o-t doing this weight loss in the traditional way and definitely not in a healthy way.. i am eating less than 500 calories a day,there are days actually that i dont even eat 300! and all this calories are from food that is not tasty at all.
this is not a normal way to loose weight..
and i definitely not recomend it to you or to any one else.
this is my way only. i know this consider to be very very un healthy. but even so..
i feel like i have to do it like that,by eating food that is not tasty.
(the main idea was to stop the passion that i had for food,so now i eating jest to be a live.) to tell you the truth,i am not even hungery any more.

still a long way to go yet,i know,but i am really satisfied with the results so far.

but i dont think its worth for you.
like i say in the beginning of the thread- i can't recommend this system.
this is absolutely not an healthy way to lose weight.
and it shouldn't suppose to be an example for any one.
its too fast (i allmost dont eat at all) and trust me-there is a price for that. i am definitely loosing some muscle along with the fat,and probably after i loose this extra 50lb i will stay with lots of excess skin too.
its jest not healthy.
i recommend you to lose weight in a normal way. no more than 0.5-1lb per week,eat well,and train hard,but dont do this like that.

allmost 100lbs lighter!!
to tell you the truth,i am very proud at my self!
