I have a pretty muscualr build and have been lifting weights for a while. Although I dont have any planned workout. I just go to the gym and do a little bit of this and a little bit of that. My goal is to gain muscle mass and look bigger. I am free to go to the gym 5 days a week (mon-fri). What type of workout do u recoomend and please break it down day by day.
