Im tired wheres my bunk?

Hi everyone. So Ive been out of the gym for a little over 10 years now (I used to be your typical gym rat...shoot, I may even have been guilty of a few of of the things people posted in the "funny things you see at the gym" thread!) and have just in the past month or so been training regularly again. I used to be in pretty good shape, but have since put on about 35 extra pounds of blah.
However, after running into this site and reading about different techniques, nutrition and different theories (low intensity cardio vs HIIT), I think Im now better prepared than I have ever been to attain that ultimate goal - feeling good about yourself.
Im 35, 205lbs (eeeekkkkk), 5'5. Unknown BF%. In the month that Ive gotten back into a routine, Ive lost appx 5lbs. Perhaps more than 5lbs in fat because I know Ive gained back some muscle mass (my man boobs now look to be only an B cup...hehe)
