im sure youve seen this question before

ok..im a little confused on lifting routines and how you set them up.
lets just say a schedual like this(just an example)

Monday
bench-3x10 dumbells
flys-3x10
millitary press-3x10
curls-3x10 dumbells
push ups

Wednesday
preacher curls-3x10
reverse curls- 3x10
dips-3x10
pull ups-3x10
inclined bench-3x10

would that be a good schedual to follow?
 
Did your legs get amputated?

No lumbar or posterior chain work either.

I'd recommend you look into a premade routine. You can find one here:
 
Cynic's right.

Definitely need to balance that out a bit. Add leg work, subtract a bit of the chest/delt/tri stuff and replace it with more back related work to balance things out some.
