Thats me. And I'm stuck deciding what Cardio path to follow for Weight loss along with home training.

For toning, I've started the Power 90 Program but as far as weight loss goes, I've decide among HIIT or Low Intensity.

Plus it would be of great help if you could help me figure out my fat percentage.

Well, there's no way anyone can figure out your body fat percentage by looking at a picture. If you really want to know, you'll have to have the proper testing done. If you can find a personal trainer that is qualified, you can get a rough estimate through the use of calipers. Other, more accurate measures are quite expensive, usually. It's not really that important that you know your exact measurement of body fat, only that you are doing the right things to burn fat and that your body shape is changing.
