What a title huh? I'm guessing I'm not the only one though. I'm looking for some new ideas?
Here's my story. I've been stuck at 155 lbs for about 4-5 months. I am the mother of a 10yr old and 1yr old triplets. After having the triplets I have worked off 70+lbs. I think chasing triplets should make me automatically skinny. Haha just kidding. So what I have been doing besides running triplets up and down the stairs 20 times a day is watching every calorie and sticking to a 1300-1600 cal per day with an occasional bindge(bad I know!). I ride my stationary bike burning 300-600 cal for 5 days a week. On nice days I walk my kids twice a day for 30 minutes each along with the stationary bike. I push around 70lbs in my stroller therefor I'm sure burning more calories. What am I doing wrong?
I carry a bubble butt and thin waist so people are floored when I tell them my weight. I carry it odd so I am lucky I can conceal it to a point but it does not make my BMI any less or make me any healthier. I have people telling me maybe my body is holding on to the weight because I need it? Why in the heck would I need it? Is it possible I am not eating enough calories is it really healthy to drop my calories much lower? Do I need more exersize because honestly I just don't know how much more I can fit into my day.
