I only got 5 or 6 hours of sleep after being up 24. I woke up at 12:30 at night. When I am tired I eat! Because fullness doesn't register to the brain when you are tired sometimes. It's dumb. I have already eaten too much and I ate candy, chocolate, and a brownie!!
I feel horrible, my day is ruined. I would go run but I'm sleepy and have a migrane. I can't believe I messed up. Not like what I was doing before was working, but at least I knew I was trying. Will one day mess me up forever?
