Hey everyone, I'm on my 3rd week of being on slim-fast (start date: 23rd August) and so far lost 13lbs, joined a couple forums to just be nosey really reading peoples diaries and seeing before and after pictures really inspire me and it's about time I done something about my own weight... I've always been a binge eater especially in the evenings and if there was food in my bedroom I would wake up in the middle of the night.. scoff and go back to sleep then wake up in the morning not remembering what I had done and wondering where my food had gone.. Happy to say that has all stopped now and I am really enjoying the diet and seeing the numbers going down on the scales is even better!
