I'm pressing "Play" for 100 straight days

I own P90X and have been doing it off and on since late December. I don't have the weights or pullup bar, but my friend who has the program told me I could do many of the workouts that don't involve them. The hardest part is doing the workouts everyday. The most I have done is 4 days in a row. Starting today I will "press play" as they say in P90X, for the next 100 days. These are the DVDs I will be doing:

Yoga X
Plyo X
Kenpo X
Core Syn X
Cardio X
X Stretch

My goal is to lose 40 pounds and get to 15% body fat. It may not happen in 100 days, but I'll be that much closer.

Starting stats on 2/18/10: 221.5 lbs @ 29% body fat. Off to do Yoga X for day 1.
 
Good luck. This was the first week I could keep up with the Plyo routine completely. I was excited about that. lol I think this is my 16th week with P90X so it took a while but it finally happened. :)
 
Nice. I pause Plyo several times so I can do all the reps, otherwise I'd be barely moving during some of the sets.

Did you lose your 51 pounds by the 16 weeks of P90X or did you start losing before you began the program?

Best of luck with this, I've never heard of those videos or a P90X lol, I'm a bit curious as to what it is!

And wow you've lost a fair amount from your TickerFactory thingy, very well done!

Thanks! I will say I use to be a gym rat, but these workouts are so incredible that I will never need a gym again. Tony Horton is my personal trainer. They will work you, put you in incredible shape and leave you feeling amazing. Well worth the money. I will use these DVDs for life.
