Well, I'm about 5'11" and i weigh around 170 (it fluxuates quite a bit quite often).

My legs arms back and chest are all muscle, when i'm not flexing there is a fine layer of fat over it and that's about it.

But, my stomach bulges, and all my fat goes into that area, and only that area of my body.

I run 1-3 times daily, swim almost daily, and then do ab work outs as often as possible. But all that thsee work outs do is grow musscle, and i can feel a full defined six-pack underneath all my fat.

My eating habits arn't horrible, but they arn't too monitored.

Is there something wrong with me health wise? Or is it just something that is kind of weird, but nothing to worry about? And also, how should I go about looseing the fat?

It's not weird at all.

Your belly is your problem area.

To fix a problem area short of liposuction, lol, is to lose fat. It's that simple.

By admitting you aren't too on top of your nutrition, you don't really know if you're in a caloric deficit or not. If you aren't, there's no chance of fat loss.

When I bulk up, most of the fat resides on my belly. My arms still remain vascular even.
