I'm not sure im posting this in the right place, but HELP

Hi everyone, I'm a 19 year old female and I'm about 5'6, 165 lbs and Im looking to drop about 25 more (I've lost 5 in the past two weeks). I eat as healthy as I can being a college student on a very low budget, but I watch my cholesterol too, so i'm not eating anything radically bad for me. I've lost the 5 lbs biking 7 miles (30 min) on the "quickstart" option, heart rate 170 and about 200 cals, but I've just started the "fat burning" option of about 12 miles on a bike (30 min) with a heart rate of 170 and I burn about 160 cal. Both ways I'm riding at about 110 RPM. I'm just kind of looking for a heads up that I'm doing it wrong or right. I just dont know which to stick with. . .PLEASE HELP I don't want to be wasting my time in the gym! Thanx to any input:D

don't take notice of the calorie counters on the machines...they aint acurate. And as you get fitter you'll start getting less outa the training..so you'll have to keep pushing urself harder.
