Well, according to BMI anyway. I weighed in at 179.6lbs today (down from 225 in the beginning of May of this year and very likely even more during the spring when I was afraid to weigh myself). My body fat is still ridiculously high at 37%, but still down from about 46%.

It looks like I went from having 103.5lbs of fat to 66.5 lbs of fat. Which means I lost 37lbs of fat and 8.4 lbs of water/skin/connective tissue/and muscle.

woohoo, grats. This is actually funny, I finally hit the Obese mark today. Just passed the 30BMI point, so now I can say I'm officially Obese. lol.. Another 20more pounds to gain though before I can start to lose, blarg.

But ya, congrats, thats a very impressive accomplishment for that time span. Keep at er.

I'm guessing you're building muscle? What is your body fat percentage?

Congratulations. It's such a great feeling to be officially not obese. :D

It really is, and only 4 months ago it seemed impossible to lose weight. (I take some medications that make me want to eat everything I see, and I also have asthma that prevents me from doing serious exercise like running.)
