Here are some new pics I took just this week, I lost 20lbs and I am now in my "toning phase" so I'm not quite where I want to be yet.

wow, you look amazing. You do not look 43 whatsoever, i'd say you look about 25! Well, i have a son who just turned 1, hes my one and only, i dont want anymore, lol. Im 5'6 and before i got pregnant i weighed about 130, which was a little heavy for me, cause i got out of sports and i gained about 15 pounds, i normally weighed about 115. Im small framed so i looked healthy at 115. Anyway i gained about 35 pounds during pregnancy, i ate very healthy but i still had junk food once in a while. My son was born July 1, 2007, he weighed 9 pounds 1 ounce, so he wasnt small. After about 3-4 weeks, i had lost almost all of my pregnancy weight, i went from 165 to 135. So now im at about 138, 136 in the morning. I need to lose about 15-20 pounds because i have major "love handles" and a stomach, my arms are a little chunky too. So im just wondering how did you lose the 20?

Thanks so much...your a sweetie!Well, to start do you have an excercise plan? If not you have to get a work-out plan together. I know it might be hard to get to a gym but you can do it at home. The key to healthy weight loss is diet and excercise!
Cardio with strength training did it for me. I only spend 1hr in the gym four days a week.
What does your diet look like on a daily basis? There are calculators on this site where you can figure out how many maintanence calories you need in a day..subtract 300-500 calories from that for weight loss. Go to and track your calories there. You would be surprised at how many more cals per day you actually may be eating.
You can do this :)!
