Hi Everyone. I am new to the forum and just wanted to stop and say hi. I am a single mom looking at getting back into shape and hope to get some great ideas from others. I am currently on a portion control diet right now, as I am trying to lower my daily intake. Been also trying to eat small snacks between meals to help cut cravings and raise metabolism.

Looking forward to any advice.

What are your goals for weight loss?

I will be starting my diary here once this baby has come out, I will have about 30kgs to lose.
