I'm new

Hi everyone. I am normally a pretty happy person but lately I have gained a lot of weight and can't seem to get motivated to loss it. about 2 years ago i decided i am huge and have to do something about it. So I ate better and walked 2 miles a day and went to the gym 5 days a week for strength training. I lost 70 pounds and was feeling pretty good.
I have packed back on 40 of those pounds and I feel horible. I don't excercise much anymore my neighbor that I walked with moved and my dog had surgery so I got lazy.
Now i am at the end of my rope if I don't do something now I will have to buy bigger clothes and I gave them all away when I lost the weight so I wouldn't get back in them.

I am a mom to a 15 year old boy (16 May 1) I run an in home daycare so I care for and teach 5 children ages 9 months, 18 months, 2,3,4,and 5years old. I have 2 dogs and husband that should be joining this forum too, but he won't and I don't think he cares about his weight.

I swear i am not usually this negotive i am just down about my weight these days.

I just wanted to welcome you. I understand how hard it is to get motivated. You have come to the right spot for support. I hear you about the daycare. I worked in a daycare for 2 years as a head teacher. It was really hard because of the amount of food that was always around. But you can do this!

Welcome!!! I had to comment because when i was just out of high school i helped with a daycare.. i feel ya i never been so mentally tired after the kids were gone and food everywhere so i started packing them on myself..

getting started today

Okay so I woke up ready to take on the world.

I had a healthy breakfast and plan to hit my treadmill when the kids go down for nap.
 
Thanks every one. I am felling pretty positive today. I made some green beans to snack on while I made the kids lunch; instead of the cheese I would normally eat (they had grilled cheese sandwiches, green beans, and carots for lunch) O put the carots in a container on top of the bread sticks with cinnamon and sugar they are having so that I can pick at them while i make thier snack this afternoon.

Funny what you can trip yourself into when you need too.
