Hi ya'll. I'm a 24 year old who needs to loose 115 pounds. I am looking for support online. Weight Watchers is a program that I am beginning tomorrow. I want to exercise 3 hours a day too. Just wanted to say Hi to everyone!!!!
 
Welcome to the community. I know quite a few people who've been successful with WW. I also know quite a few people who hasn't experienced success with WW.

Keep an open mind.

If you find it's not for you, regroup, and head another direction. There are plenty of options out there, and plenty of people here to help you make decisions.

3 hours of exercise each day seems a bit excessive, especially for starters. Hell, it seems excessive for anyone!

What exactly did you have in mind?
 
I agree that 3 hours a day is excessive, especially as a starting goal. I would shoot for 30-60 minutes per day as a goal until exercise becomes a regular part of your routine. You can always add to your routine if you want...but starting out with too high a demand on yourself makes it easy to set yourself up for failure.
