I'm new

Hi all, I'm new and I just thought I'd introduce myself. I'm 25 I have 2 kids (3 1/2 and 14 months) I have somehow gotten up to 240lbs:eek:

I just started going to curves a few weeks ago and have cut out all my favorite foods; the usual suspects, McDonalds, slurpees, candy, cookies. My goal is to lose 90lbs but I would be happy with any loss at this point. I haven't really tried to lose weight before but I am highly motivated. Looking forwarded to getting to know all of you.
 
Hi there and welcome. I am a new member too. So far I have found this website quite inspirational. The achievements of the members here are incredible. I'm sure you will receive the support and motivation you need as you begin to shape "the new you".

You mentioned you joined Curves. How do you like it? What is their program like?
 
Hi! Welcome to the forum! Great job on deciding to get healthy and loss that extra weight. Check out the diary/journal part of the forum. You will find many great journals there. Feel free to post questions in some if you have questions or thoughts. You also should create your own journal/diary. They are great to keep track what you have eaten throughout the day, count caloires(if you count them), post your daily/weekly exercises/workout plans. And also post your thoughts, opinions, and feelings about your journey throught weight loss!
