I saw pictures of me the other day, and they shocked me...no doubt now that I've got to take off the 70 pounds I've gained in the last ten years. I know I need support to do this...so here I am. I am mostly just looking for encouragement when the pounds come off slowly (which they will do because of meds I'm on), and to keep on exercising. Littletush is what I hope to be (this is a derivative of my other name Lilabet).
