Hi! Welcome to the WLF! You will find all that you need and more!
The WLF it a great place. I have been here almost a full week. And I am doing great! You will find much needed support and advice from such great people who are doing the same thing that you are doing. You will also find some trainers on here...there are quite a few actually. Any questions or opinions that you might have just post them on the forum. There are many people here that would love to help you out! Give me a yell if you need any help.
