I'm New, HELP!

Hello Everyone,

I am new to this forum and would apprieciate any help or suggestions of what to do next. I see people have weight loss calculators etc... on there profiles. I am going to try to figure out how to put one on mine now. Any other stuff just let me know. Thanks, Skye

Welcome to the forum :)

Generally, people create their own diary - it's like your own little space here, where you can talk about anything you want to talk about.

The tickers can be found all over the web. I got mine at you go there and create the ticker you want then come back here and go into the UserCP area and click edit signature. You then paste the bbc code from the ticker factory into the signature, preview then save.

I just spent the last few minutes trying to figure out how to get the ticker onto my profile. Thanks for the info. I noticed a post by you before. You and I are at very similar places. I have so far lost 50 pounds and have another 50 to go. I am excited to have found this forum to be able to talk to people in the same situation. Thanks again, Skye

Figuring it out

I am slowly figuring it out and it seems like the "regulars" have all been so nice and helpful. I really feel welcome on this forum and I just know it is going to help me, if only to make some new friends and have some nice people to chat to. Thanks to everyone for making me feel so welcome. :D
 
From a fellow newbie

50 lbs! Wow. I didn't start with that much to lose, but almost. I've lost 18 so far, but it has taken a really, really, really, really, really long time. Lots of ups and downs. Hoping this thing keeps me on track. I'm more about getting in shape than losing weight, though.
 
Get in shape girl!

I am trying deperately to get into shape too. I am just so impatient. I will keep going though. At some point it's got to pay off!
