never thought i'd be here.. well.. on a weight loss forum..
but i read some topic.. seems chill..

basically wanna lose weight.. to start skating again...and gf cheated on me.. that helps also? =P

quick stuff about me.. i'm 19.. i used to skate/played football.. don't smoke or drink.. never touched any drugs.. i used to drink.. cracked my head open at a party.. lol.. hrm.. yea.. good times...

i don't mind walking.. used to do 3.2 miles everyday.. but rolled my ankle..

i kinda wana watch calories.. dono whats a good number per meal.. had a friend do 400 per meal.. 3 meals a day.. lost 60? pounds in 2 months.. but im a lot bigger then him.. so iono..

stats.. gahh was 364(3 weeks ago)
now 350.. i was 340.. but i stopped running and just ate.. too much..>< gahh

but.. i wanna start tomorrow.. so any advice? and thoughts about hydroxicut? i bought some. still on the fence bout it..
 
At your weight - hydroxycut isn't going to make one bit of difference... get your nutrition under control with realistic calories for the day and move... you will get the results you want.

SPend time reading the stickied threads - start in nutrition - in those stickied threads you'll find a formula to give you an approximate number of calories a day.. and teach yourself what a portion is...
