Hi everyone,
This is my very first time doing anything like this. I don't even know if I'm doing it right. Let me start off with the basics. I'm a married 25 year old mother of 3. I gained so much weight with my first (79lbs) it just ruined my body completely. I had my youngest a little over 2 years ago and I weight just the same as the day I delivered him!!!
I try to do the diet thing with my sister but she loves to eat just as much as I do so when the two if us get together the healthy eating just doesn't happen. I know it sounds bad but I don't know if I can do this on my own. I don't really have friends who are on the same boat so I was hoping I would sign up here and meet some really great people who can keep me motivated. I weigh 199 now and my goal weight is 140. I am 5'5". I have the Michael Thurmond kit and tried it before for a few days and it worked great but it was hard eating the same food. I plan on starting it again first thing in the morning and using my elliptical. I'm really ready for this!! Any tips on how to use this sites? I made a weight loss ticker..can someone please tell me how to put it as my signature? Thank you all so much!!!!
