I just found this place during my search for diet and fitness resources. I've never liked to exercise but dealing with a menagerie of minor health issues (perimenopause at 39, ulcerative colitis and recovering from a dislocated knee and broken knee cap from last summer, the weight has been creeping on and I have finally done something about it. I am in month 2 of fitness boot camp (5:15 am x 4 days a week) and while I am not loving it, I feel better!
Kicking off month two, I finally felt physically well enough to add other activities such as walking 2 miles in the evenings as well as some mini-trampoline exercise and of course, Wii Fit stuff. Just wanted to say hi!
