I'm new and motivated!

I just joined this forum and I think this is a great tool for support. Over the past year I lost around 50 pounds and I am currently at 145 llbs (5'6"). I'm in it for the long run with eating really healthy and working out. I feel great but want to lose my last 10 or 15 llbs.

I am hoping that by sharing with a community who are in the same boat, I'll be more motivated and less likely to give up and grab the Doritos.

If anyone has any great advice, let me know!

Wow, congratulations for all that weight loss! And good luck for the last little bit. I'm also trying to lose the last few pounds... think it's gonna be hard but hopefully we can all help each other along! Don't really have any words of great wisdom I'm afraid but just thought I'd say hi!

Thanks guys! I'm hoping this site will give me a little extra motivation. I'm having a little trouble navigating through the site though, how do I know if people respond to my posts and are there any forum topics based on how weight effects daily life and relationships?

Try the User CP (shows you new activity in any thread you posted in) and New Posts (shows you all new activity) links in the blue bar towards the top.

congrats on the weight loss...you are inspiring...i just started but i am pretty motivated. I have my hubby doing it with me which is helping
