I'm Matt, and I am trying to get into the fitness routine

I am 19 years old and from Connecticut, USA, I go to college which makes my schedule a little hard to follow, I always workout but I have not seen much results lately. Starting today I will follow a diet plan and workout plan. However, I'm afraid I will lose motivation, or my cravings will defeat me. :/ I never had a blog like this before or whatever this is, but I could use help which is something i don't normally ask for.
 
This is a great place to find some motivation and support. If you are wanting to keep a food/diet log, or just jot down your struggles and success, I would recommend starting a weight loss diary in the Weight Loss Diary section.

I'm a grad student who also works part time, so I fully understand your schedule issues. Just stick in there and you'll see some results, even if you have to make a couple of changes to your routine.
 
Welcome to the forum Mat, I would suggest you start a thread in the diary/journal section where you should begin to keep a basic log of your food and your workouts. The more detail you post the more info we have to base suggestions on.
