I'm losing it!!! In the waist

Actually I'm not. I've been riding my bike alot to lose weight and it's been working great but I would like an exersize that focuses towards my waist. Any suggestions?

Yep, you can exercise the muscles, but all it will do is make the muscles bigger/stronger.

Be wary of the fact that where the fat on our body comes off differs from person to person due to genetics. Someone who would have very ample thighs when thin might not lose much weight in their thighs as apposed to their stomach if they were fat, for example.
