I’m f15 and 5ft 4im I think and 121 pounds, not bad but over summer and too now I’ve been trying to graph what I eat each day. I think I have a eating problem. I used to be 142 pounds and binge (eat a lot of bad foods) and now I’m 121 pounds and I’m not hungry? It’s good that I lost that weight but today I had 6 mc nuggets a cinnamon roll and a think lunchables (dirt cake) and some kit Kats I’m not hungry. That’s almost the amount of food I eat in a day, ect. I’m not hungry for greasy foods (besides mc nuggets) pizza, hamburgers, lays chips. I’m not doing this on purpose I’m just not hungry... I don’t think it’s stress, I’m not on meds. I hope it’s not me being anorexic.. I just need some input. Also this is a bit gross but for a while over the summer I wouldn’t go #ii for a few days on and off. I eat butter and garlic crab meat and shrimp, stur fry snow peas, sometimes steak, crackers, and I’m off root beer and on apple cider now as a drink I prefer (changes often) thanks just again looking for input
