i'm from China,i'd like bodybuilding,i hope i can get your help and become friends.

Hi,everyone,i'm a graduate in Beijing Forestry University of China.It's first time for me to here,but i'd enjoy here like "love at first sight", because i like even love bodybuilding, i think everyone who come to here have the same hobby.
i have a question for a trainer,how can i get fitness shape only with two dumbbells(15p weight of one),i know it's even impossible to my aim only with such simple equipment,but i want to get some suggestion about this.

Thank you.

If you want to come to China,please tell me,and i'd like to be your free tour guide.

Yeah I can help you with this I think. First tell me about your build, are you big framed, are you fat, skinny. Are you really tall, ect. But for fore arms, triceps, and back try doing marine push-ups. {I think thats the name for them.} There similar to regular push-ups, but what you do is form a triangle with your hands using your index fingers and thumbs and follow through as a normal push-up.

For the abs for the least impact exersize that will give you good results, try holding a weight under your head and doing crunches. There was a website that showed literaly how to do those, had like a guy laying down and like eight frames, if someone could dig that up, that would be cool.

for the legs hold those weights of yours and do squats {bend your knees and go as far as you feel comfortable with doing and come back up.}

------
The overview would be this:

Do 3 sets of 10 marine push-ups
3 sets of 35 weighted crunches
and 2 sets of 15 squats

do this every other day for a while, and you will see your strength go up quite a bit I imagine, I'm in the same boat as you, I do a similar plan to this. I'm no pro-athlete, but for strength building I think this would be appropriate.

EDIT: oh yeah the bicepts, for your weights, I would just do curls untill you can't do another one then work the other arm.

155lbs and 5'4" isn't to skinny, average I think, but this ought to work, do you have a more muscular build? like can you see your stomach muscles?
