I'm doing everything I can to burn my little fat tummy. Plz help with good tips.

Hey folks.

I never thought I'd ever need to go online and chat with people on how to burn fat, but now I can see how useful it is! I been reading around and you guys have great tips! So here's my situation, I bet I'm like most people who ask silly questions about sliming down!

I'm 5'10 and 157 pounds... The funny thing about me is only my stomach is a little big... besides that I'm all good. It was driving me nuts 2 months ago that I decided to join the gym.

Here's what my daily works is 5 days a week.

1 hour of cardio
I set the incline at 12 and I mix up, speed walking & jogging.
I burn around 500cals a day.
I haven't done any abs cause i want to burn the fat and then work the muscle.

I've cut down sweets & chocolate
I only drink fresh juice, no soda's
I dont eat fried stuff, if I eat bread I make sure it's brown.
and maybe on the weekend I'll have something fun to eat but only for 1 meal.. example today I eat McDonalds.

I am also taking Hydroxycut "America's number 1 selling weight-loss suppliment" :) hahah

I've attached a pic to show you guys how my stomach looks like... :(

So guys, what do you suggest me doing? I really want to get rid of this belly... it's driving me nuts! Everytime i wear a shirt i just want to stab the fat off my stomach!

I also need a really tight diet program from you guys as well as how can I know how much cals I intake? Does that mean I need to check the food I'm eating for the cal intake? I'm guessing my max daily intake is what 1500? maybe 2000?

plz help
10x.
-Joey

stop drinking beer and that beer belly will go away! heheh just kidding but what you really need to do is go to the gym and start lifting some weights too to supplement your cardio. Drink lots of water too and check the stickies in nutrition to see what you should be eating on a daily basis.
