I'm doin' it this time!

Good afternoon, friends! The other day I woke up and decided I needed a change. I have tried losing weight before, but I always ditch "bad" food cold turkey, and try to gym it every day to the max. Well, this time I am going for baby steps and small goals. I've started by going grocery shopping for food that I still love, but in a healthier version and my exercise goal is to going on the elliptical machine at my gym for 45 minutes, 5 times a week. I am not extremely overweight, I just need to drop about 30-40 pounds and I would also like to be in good shape. I want to be able to run and play sports. The thought of my goals excited me so much that I can't wait! Food is my one true love, and I know is going to be the hardest thing to overcome. I NEED HELP; that's why I'm here. LET'S DO THIS!!!! :hurray:
