Hey, it's Meaghan again. I don't know if many of you remember me, but my old username was Losingitallx3 or something along those lines. Well, it's another summer and I'm trying to lose weight again. I remember the last time I posted here, I'm pretty sure I was around 189-195. Over the past school year, I've sky-rocketed to my highest weight: 220. I have lost five pounds so far, and I am now around 215-216. I've been very motivated lately, and I'm going to make this work. I was going to join xanga, but I've seen that there is way too much "pro-ana" influence over there. Plus, I like the forums here better. :] Well, I just wanted to say hi again, and I hope everyone is doing okay!! My current plan is to stay around 1,200 cals and exercise as much as I can. I used to try to go on all of these ridiculous diets, only realizing that I was doing more work than I needed to be. As long as I watch what I eat, and exercise once in awhile, I should reach my goals. :]
