Im back!

Still the old me tho, 5'7" 240lbs and only 18 years old. turn 19 next month :D ..

I want to turn that 240 My goal weight is to be at 165lbs. Its winter and i dont really like running in winter :p.. I drink lots of water, havent gone to any fast food restrunts in a long time.. and only go out to eat chines about 2-3 times a month..

I bought my self a total gym after i graduated high school, and use it every other day...

What should i eat/drink and do to meet my goal??

to meet your goal get started. 5-6 meals a day about 3 hours part. base meals off complete proteins and healthy carbs and fats like these

weights and cardio each 3X a week. start slowly and work your way back into it. use basic exercises and whatever form of cardio you enjoy and are able to perform in this weather.
 
I was thinking about going to the local gym here. pay monthly, use their weights, sauna, tredmills or bikes...

is this a good idea also?
 
Membership at the local gym would probably be better for motivation. In my experience working out at home never really works. It's also easier to work hard when others around you are working toward the similar goals.

IF you do workout at home it is a good idea to purchase workoutvideos to follow along.
Something like p90 from beachbody.com does wonders if you are trying to lose the weight.
