I'm back!

Well, I'm not really "new" here, but I'm back and I'm guessing the faces aren't all the same heree. I came here after I gave birth to my daughter and wanted to lose weight. I achieved my goal about a year ago and stopped coming to the forum. Well, in September of last year I fell pregnant again. On May 16th of this year I gave birth to a healthy baby boy. I gained 30 lbs. total throughout the pregnancy and now, 4 weeks later, I'm stuck with 15 of those lbs. left to lose. That's why I'm here, to get support and help with losing these last 15 lbs and gaining back the muscle that I lost during pregnancy. Today I will start exercising - I have an appointment with a personal trainer at a gym and will start strength training 3 days a week and cardio 5 days a week. I'll also start eating healthier. I can't really cut calories right now because I'm breastfeeding and my milk supply hasn't regulated, but I can eat healthier and stop when I'm full. So here begins my weightloss journey! Thanks in advance for any support I might receive :)

Good for you - staying on top of it and getting right back in shape and not letting those pounds continue to creep on in life. I'm proud of you, and you will look great in no time!
