I'm baaaack! (sort of)

I've been away a while but lurking off and on for the last couple of weeks. Thought I would post a little something to say hi. My journey had a lot of stops and starts in 2008, but I lost about 20 pounds over the course of the year. I guess any progress is good progress at this point.

I'll try to be a bit more social and post in my diary again from time to time. Right now my current project is trying to find activities/exercises that aren't too taxing for me. I want to get in the habit of exercising regularly, but I tend to overdo it when I try and it makes me not want to keep doing it. I think I need to start small and build from there. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd love to hear them.
