I'm Ashley...new here

Hi everyone...im 25...95 lbs and 5'3" looking to strengthen up a little. I had a baby 6 months ago and im just wanting a little bit more tone also. I keep injurying myself...i lifted 5 lbs weights and my shoulder was out for weeks...now my back is messed up and spasming from simple movements and just holding my son so i really need to fix myself and get stronger. ive always been a really tiny weak person and im ready to change it. :sport:
