hi just joined today i realy need some inspiration to start my weight loss but it seems imossible at 22 stone i dont know where to begin and cannot see myself losing an amount of weight thats gonna make a difference to me .i have lost weight before 5 stone and 7 stone but have piled it all back on again and some more .#
every1 always says to me uve done it bvefore u can do it again but i just cant seem to get into that mind set (does any1 know wot im saying)how dyu get urself to that mindset????
ive bought a trampoline for the garden started swimming once a week but all i keep thinking is this is not gonna make adent in wot i need to lose
please can some 1 whos been ther get me goin all my friend s aare slim and just think its easy to lose weight and i see others around me doing it WHY CANT I as you can probabaly tell im fed up with myself any advice pleaseeeeeeee xx
 
you get yourself into the mindset of losing weight by asking yourself the question...

Why do you want to lose weight?

And get to the real reasons, the honest ones, whatevere those reasons might be -you want to wear sexy lingerie, you want to run a marathon, you want to be able to touch your toes and do a cartwheel... Find your reason.. and hold on to it... and remind yourself every day.

Next -dump the diet mindset otherwise in 6 months time you wll be back wehre you were... Go for a lifestyle change... Work with reasonable calories... and moderate exercise and work with one change at a time and pace yourself.. you wl get to where you want to be.

Now -read the stickied threads around the forum - especially nutrition and on topic and exercise for some sensible approaches to get you starteed
