Hi everybody. I joined this I guess because I need motivation. I'm 22, almost 23, and I've gained 20 pounds since I graduated high school. I'm an avid fast food goer (which I really need to stop). My biggest problem is I have no self control and the motivation to lose weight is there, but the willpower is gone. I ran a marathon at 145 lbs in December 2004, it took me 6 hours but I finished it. I'd like to do it again, I just need to get moving, so that's why I'm here.
