I understand a little on nutrition science but not much since there is so many different points of view and conflicting information on the subject.
I would like to find out why I'm not losing fat percentage I'm currently 40.2% and weight 82.8kg and I'm 5 foot 4 inches
I eat clean 80% of the time have an active job cleaning houses and go to gym for weight training and cardio 2-3 days a week
