Hey guys,

I'm looking to get some help/advice here-

I've decided to start losing weight and i'm having a hard time finding the best methods.

"Eat healthy and exercise" sure but what exactly is eating healthy?

I find myself eating nothing but salad and veggies and baked chicken breast.

I don't think i'm reaching 1500 Cals per day.

I'll be doing about an hour and a half of exercise per day, what i need to know is:

WHAT SHOULD I BE EATING?

Any help would be appreciated,

Thanks

dont eat any junk foods also start doing YOGA as well as eat healthy and less calorie food and follow these easy simple 3 steps

First Step

Sit down (the only time we recommend it) and write down exactly how much active time is in your life. Active time is defined as time you dedicate solely to exercise. Believe it or not most people have NO time dedicated to exercise and this is a main reason for weight problems.

Diet is obviously a key factor but any successful weight loss program is usually a combination of diet and exercise so you need to see (on paper) how little you are actually achieving in terms of activity.

Second Step

Make a list of every food item you eat/drink on a regular basis. Sometimes just the simple exclusion of a single item can really help with your weight loss plan. Soda (Pepsi, Coca-Cola) is a prime example of heavy contributor to weight gain.

Third Step

Be honest with yourself. Do you really want to lose weight or just looking for another lose weight fast program so you can lower a waist size then go back to your old habits?

It takes time and dedication to maintain weight loss so before spending any money on how to lose weight fast programs make sure you are motivated to partake and maintain the program.

why do people keep suggesting Yoga? Yoga, as a weight loss exercise itself, isn't a good choice as it doesn't burn that many calories. It is great for relaxation. It is good for stretching. It's not exactly weight training or cardio.

also..noticed something..you kept saying WE and "It takes time and dedication to maintain weight loss so before spending any money on how to lose weight fast programs make sure you are motivated to partake and maintain the program."..which suggest that you want people to be sure they have the time and dedication to do this BEFORE SPENDING MONEY ON ANY LOSE WEIGHT FAST PROGRAM"

so..you are suggesting that people do spend money on a weight loss program to lose it fast.

Why am I thinking you have a program in mind? Looks like I need to do some investigating.
