I'm 16 and I need help.

Alright, hello guys I'm Ramzi from algeria I've been having weights problems since I was 10 now I am like 120 kgs (260 pounds) and 176 cm (5.7') I never done a diet before I never tried to lose weight, and most of the arabic countries are known with their unhealthy traditionnal food... which we have like dialy, I started a diet like 3 weeks ago and I'd like you guys to advice me more on how to lose weight faster well here's my diet:

Breakfast: Green tea with an apple (sometimes when I'm late at school I don't eat the apple)
Lunch: chicken rice, Lentils, Beans, steak, sometimes I eat a small peace of break.
snack: Apply, banana, orange, depends on the fruit in my house :p
dinner: Either salad or sometimes rice, and if I ate alot on lunch I only eat an apple

I know I know you guys will say that I'm crazy and I'm starving my self etc... but I ate alot and I mean EXTRA alot in the past and I think it's time to stop eating and go the healthy side and I want that skinny boddy BADLY, so please help me.

and about sport, I run and play football 2 days per week, is that enough?

Please help me I really need it!
 
Your not going to lose weight by eating such few cals. You should have a MINIMUM of 1200 cals a day. Please try to lose weight in a healthy manner or you could have serious issues as a result
 
Hi Ramzisc, your diet is fairly healthy however i would just edit a few things, high fruit intake can up your blood sugar, I would replace bananas with berries, steak with chicken, maybe eat your snack with a protien - how do you feel about nuts? brown rice instead of white.. I'm also concerned about your lack of vitamin d, i'm somewhat famliar with middle eastern cusine, how about tazaki i believe it's called? cucumbers and yogurt? organic milk? that would be fantastic addition

You don't need to starve yourself to loose weight, that's a myth, please know when you cut essential nutrients, fats etc out of your diet you can have adverse reactions such as hair loss etc
 
@PersonalChef: I eat nuts sometimes like 3 times a week but not daily, I barely eat steak because I hate red meat so it won't be hard to replace it with chicken, I'll eat yogurt in morning instead of apple, about milk? somehow I don't like it xD
and the brown rice, sadly we don't have brown rice here in Algeria, it's hard to find a good diet since Algeria is full of FATS food
@Korrie: Show me how to count calories please.?
 
Hi Ramzic, you don't need to cut apples, that will actually help burn fat and curb insulin resistance, how about yogurt (preferably greek) apples and eggs or nuts in the morning? you could also add cheese and there some greens that contain vitamin d as well, i would ask your psychian to do a blood test to see if your deficiant in any vitamins, that can contribute to weight gain as well
