Im 15 years old, and need a good workout!

Hey guys,

I am 15 and want a decent workout to lose fat and gain muscle. I have been working out everyday for the past 3 weeks to get hench, and it seems to be slowly working. I eat pretty healthily, but when i was growing up I didn't eat healthily, but now I do. here is my routine, is it any good?

Monday: 100 Situps in 2 minutes ( 3 times) , weights 3 sets until muscle failure. Multi-gym at lunch.

Tuesday: 100 Situps in 2 minutes ( 3 times) , weights 3 sets until muscle failure. Football at games.

Wednesday: 2k run, 100 Situps in 2 minutes ( 3 times) , weights 3 sets until muscle failure.

Thursday: 100 Situps in 2 minutes ( 3 times) , weights 3 sets until muscle failure.

Friday: 100 Situps in 2 minutes ( 3 times) , weights 3 sets until muscle failure. 2K run, gym, rowing machines etc.

Saturday: Football, 100 Situps in 2 minutes ( 3 times) , weights 3 sets until muscle failure.

Sunday: Tennis for 2 hours, 100 Situps in 2 minutes ( 3 times) , weights 3 sets until muscle failure.

Is this worth it, any improvements/quicker ways for the big results?

I am currently 17% body fat, and weigh 10.5 stone. I am very strong though ;-)
