Im 15, need some tips

i live in Toronto, but i hate going to the gym because it's so confusing, but i wouldn't if it was small
i want to jog in the mornings, but it's too dangerous
what exercises like aerobics and cardio can i do at home, other than using machines? thx - karbs

why does going to the gym seem confusing? Not trying to discourage you from doing it at home, just curious. A lot of gyms have trainers on staff that can help you get started w/a routine and what not for free or a small fee. We all got to start somewhere.
As far as your question for what to do at home, I'm not going to be any help, I'm pretty new to all this too. Maybe my post will bump it up for you and you might get some answers better than mine.
good luck!

Gym

going to the gym will be the best bet for you as you workin on machines will properly tone up your body
the trainers there will be able to tell you exactly the exercises that are required and will help you out
after about say 3 months when you become perfect at doing those exercies at the gym you can then do those exercises at home
thanks

Working out at home is limited to your equipment and what you're willing to invest. If you have no gear, though, check out this article:

If what you want to do is jog, the gym shouldn't be a problem. The treadmill is one of the most straightforward machines there are.
