at your age, please don't do much weight training. stick to things like push-ups, dips, pull ups...things that only use your bodyweight.

you're still growing, your bones are somewhat 'soft', and your growth plates could be damaged by lifting heavy weights. Give yourself 2-3 years (sophmore in highschool) before you start 'real' weight training.
 
I started training around 13 years. Yeah I'd agree with sticking to pullups dips and pushups but add in some light weight training. Gradually proceed to heavier weights once you're older so you don't stunt your growth. It takes a good while to get guns so keep up the good work.
 
A dip is an excercise using two (parallel) bars roughly shoulder length apart. Just grip both bars, prop yourself up, lower yourself in between the bars, and repeat.
