i'm 17 , and i recently the last year or so started weight lifting, nothing major, i got 20 lb dumbells, and a 45 lb dumbell , a body bow, boxing, and i do 150 crunches... i workout like everynight, i cant ever seem to workout for much longer than 15 or 20 minutes... if i do push myself past it, it hurts really bad, and i useually am in pain for a few days... well... lately i've been starting to get very unsatisfied with the results ... i been working out everynight for the last year and my muscles are just complete crap, my arms are really soft, like i will flex as hard as i can, and u can bascially squeeze it and squash it.. , same with my abs, u can bascially just poke right into it, idk why my muscles are so soft... i wonder if i'm not eating a certain kind of food or not geting enuff nutriants or something, it's just been really upsetting me latly, idk why i bother working out if the result is just being weak .... doesnt seem worth it.... anyone know like, what could be my problem with having soft muscles... am i just weak and not working myself enuff or what ....
