Hi,

I just recently downloaded the "Lose It" app on my iPod Touch. I plan to start using it when I go back to school next month. It says my daily calorie intake for my weight loss goal is 1,144 cals per day.

Since I'm going to be in & out of classes and at work being a busybee (lol) I was looking for some advice on good quick (and if possible, easy) exercises that target abs and arm flab (my two biggest problems) and some good healthy low cal meals & snacks I can prepare in my dorm with ONLY a microwave (my school doesn't have stoves/ovens) and good storebought stuff that I can get.

Also, feel free to throw me any good weight loss advice that would be useful :)

Help please? Thanks!

you can't "target" fat. Calories go on and come off indiscriminately of location. If you can't cook, then make cold meals, like salads. Cooking meat in the microwave won't turn out well and buying those microwavable meals aren't healthy (no matter what they say on the package) . I've heard you can do eggs in the microwave ok ... that's about all the help I can give you.
